Merchants running their store on open-source e-commerce platforms like Magento, may need to add IP addresses to a whitelist in order to give the Glopal plugin access to their store. This is something that will need to be done on the server and you might need to contact your system administrator or hosting provider for assistance.
Make sure the following IP's are whitelisted among ALL the anti-bot, anti-ddos software and the firewall. These changes may need to be made in more than one place.
// Cartchannel 176.9.122.56 // External *.webinterpret.com <http://webinterpret.com/> 52.19.218.231 52.48.162.253 52.211.142.2 52.211.195.113 |
Step 1 - Web Host Manager IP Whitelisting
Log into Web Host Manager.
Click on “Plugins” followed by “ConfigServer Security & Firewall”.
Scroll down to the ConfigServer Firewall section. Here you will see a number of different options for managing IP addresses.
Look for the “Quick Allow” option (it should be a green box). All you need to do is type in the IPs above, then click on the “Quick Allow” button. It is also a good idea to write a comment, such as “Cartchannel” or “Glopal”, for the IP so you can remember what it was added for.
Congratulations, you have successfully whitelisted our IP Addresses in ConfigServer Firewall.
Step 2 - Whitelist the IP addresses in other applications or extensions
If you’re still having problems connecting to Glopal try whitelisting the IP's in any of the following applications or extensions that you use.
