PayPal is the only payment gateway supported by Glopal Marketing Solutions in the international checkout (buyers can pay via their PayPal account as well as with a credit/debit card but the payment will always be processed by PayPal).
That means you, the seller, are covered by PayPal Seller Protection for all international transactions processed via Glopal's checkout.
There is one scenario that makes this protection void.
Once the order is placed, if the shipping details are changed, PayPal Seller Protection does not apply due to the fact that this action violates PayPal's policy.
To be eligible for PayPal Seller protection one is required to ship the purchased merchandise to the address provided by the buyer in the checkout.
If a PayPal dispute is opened against you by the buyer, and the shipping address has be altered after the purchase, you will not be able to claim the money for this order. The amount in question will be returned to the buyer.
In case it has been reported to you that the delivery address is incorrect we recommend cancelling the order and refunding the payment. Then the buyer can repurchase the item and provide the correct shipping details. If you decide to proceed with the cancellation please contact our Customer Care as we will need to refund the buyer for the international shipping cost.
