Shipments consisting of more than one parcel which are to be fulfilled by Glopal's international shipping solution (Parcel Forwarding) require a few additional steps to be processed properly and without delays.

To ensure a smooth and timely experience for both the buyer and yourself please make sure to follow the steps provided below.

Please inform us before dispatching the multi parcel order to our warehouse.
It is important especially in terms of customs duties as our warehouse staff needs to adjust the transport documents accordingly
To inform our Customer Care agents about a multi parcel shipment create a ticket via this form.
Paste the same WIA/WISM/WIBC or GLA/GLBC/GLSM label on all parcels marking the boxes as "1/2" , 2/2" and so on.
Provide us with the domestic tracking references for all parcels.
We will reach out to you once our warehouse confirms that the shipment has been processed and new tracking information is available.
