The fact that you can and are allowed to offer your full inventory to domestic shoppers does not necessarily mean that the same will be true for all foreign markets Glopal can expand your business to.
Understanding these different circumstances and scenarios we have added a feature to our toolbox which allows us to prevent the international buyer from being able to purchase chosen items.
Please inform our Customer Care if you require certain products to be blacklisted by creating a ticket via this form.
To be able to process your request we will require a list of SKUs of the products you would like to have removed from the international checkout. If a product has variations with a separate SKU per variation - we will need all of them, not just the main product SKU.
In case you are not able to provide a list of SKUs - please inform our Customer Care agents and we will try to find a workaround.
How will this work?
If a blacklisted item has been added by the shopper to the cart on the localized site, it will be removed during the redirection to the international checkout.
A message explaining to the shopper that certain items from the cart are not shippable to their destination will appear in the checkout as well.
* The blacklisting will be applied once when requested. Please inform us when new items to be available domestically only will be added to the inventory.
* This feature currently allows to blacklist items on a global level.
