Glopal helps connecting buyers and sellers across the world. We don't directly hold nor sell any goods, merely enable our clients, ecommerce retailers and brands, to do so. Glopal offers a shipping service which is operated by the Glopal sellers for the domestic leg and by our logistics partners for the international leg. Therefore, making any change to the order requires involvement of multiple parties and is, by its nature, quite complex.
If for whatever reason you would like to change the delivery address, we recommend contacting the seller and cancelling the order.
A refund will be processed and a new order containing the correct shipping details can be placed.
However, if the order was already processed by the carrier, please monitor our tracking page available here. Once the final mile information is available, please contact the local carrier handling delivery in the country of destination in order to change the final address.
