Glopal provides its customers with a Merchant Account via which you can track your international sales performance.
It can be accessed here: https://account.glopal.com/
To log in to the Account for the first time, please follow the instructions provided below.
- Set a new password
Depending on the platform, your login will be:
- the same email address you used when registering with Glopal if you are a Magento merchant
- the email address that is set up in your store’s backend if you are a Shopify or BigCommerce merchant
- in case you're not sure which email address to use to log in, please feel free to contact the Glopal Support team
How to set/reset the password:
- Click to reset your password here
- A code will then be sent to your current email address
- Enter that code into the reset password form
- Create a new password
- Now you can log in to the Account and access the information provided there
