To ensure a smooth experience both for yourself and your buyers, in the very beginning of your journey with Glopal one of our Customer Care representatives will check your inventory to see if there are any products which are risky/prohibited to ship internationally (for full list of such products see one of these articles US/UK).
If anything needs to be removed from what is being offered internationally you will be consulted before we act and blacklist them.
However in case some risky products stay in the internationally available inventory - we have a process in place to ensure you don't ship anything that can be held up or destroyed in customs.
All orders coming from US are checked against international shipping restrictions.
If a product can not be shipped internationally, the order will be blocked and not pushed to your back end (it will not appear in your domestic store's new orders list).
Then one of our Customer Care agents will reach out to you with details on the payment that needs to be refunded to the buyer (we can block orders from going through, we will not be however able to stop the payment). On our end we will refund the buyer for the international shipping cost (if Glopal's shipping has been chosen as the delivery option).
To avoid or at the very least minimize such cases please check your inventory against the lists of non shippable products (US/UK) , consult our Customer Care in case of doubts or questions by creating a ticket via this webform and, if find something that needs to be blacklisted, provide us with SKUs of these products.
