A vast majority of the international orders generated by Glopal come through without any issues and will appear in your back end as per your normal flow.
That being said, there are several factors which can influence this process and block the order from reaching your store.
Details on what they are and how we deal with such cases can be found below:
- Custom fields (BigCommerce)
- Product out of stock
- Error in the shipping address
- Order creation delayed
- Item prohibited from international shipping
- Payment not cleared by PayPal
If one of your orders has been affected by any of the above listed issues, one of Customer Care Agents will reach out to you and provide information necessary to process the order.
Please see below the template of an email that our team is going to send:
Hello,
My name is XY and I am contacting you today on behalf of Glopal.
We have received an international order that our system failed to push to your backend due to temporary synchronisation error.
Please find the order details below:

Please kindly confirm receiving this email and let me know if you will be able to fulfil this order. Otherwise we will issue a shipping cost refund for the charges we obtained.
I look forward to your response.
