If the there is an error in the shipping address, we will not be able to push the order to your backend.
We will however receive the information in our system.
Whenever there is a change to the shipping address on an existing order, PayPal voids its Seller Protection. To ensure you are covered by this program we automatically reject orders requiring such actions.
If such a situation occurs, one of our Customer Care Agents will reach out to you with details on the items ordered and the buyer's information which will allow you to create the order manually and fulfill it.
NOTE: If the buyer has chosen Glopal's International Shipping unfortunately we will not be able to fulfill it. One of our Customer Care Agents will reach out to you asking to cancel the order, process a refund (as will Glopal for the International Shipping) and let the buyer know to re-purchase the item/s while providing the correct shipping address in the new order.
