What are BigCommerce text field options?

Text field options allow your shopper to enter text, messages, or numbers to associate with the product that they're ordering. They're a great way to let your shoppers customize products, and can also be used for the customer to send specific information or requests to you. Text fields are commonly used for custom messages or words for engravings or embroidery.

Are BigCommerce text field options supported by Glopal?

Unfortunately, currently we don't manage custom fields for this platform due to certain BigCommerce API limitations.

If you support custom fields on your domestic store and the buyer chooses to leave an additional message, the payment will go through, however the order will not be pushed to your backend.

Then one of our Customer Care Agents will reach out to you with the details on the items ordered and the buyer's information which will allow you to create the order manually and fulfill it.
