After an order is placed via Glopal's international checkout, we will be sending your customer an email in their language confirming the purchase, cost and containing the tracking number and a link to the tracking page (if Glopal's International Shipping - Parcel Forwarding has been chosen as the delivery option).
The original order confirmation sent from your domestic store will be intercepted by Glopal and not forwarded to the buyer in order to not cause confusion.
The email will be sent from the following address - contact@glopal.com
"Reply to" is set to your customer support mailbox, which means your support agents will be receiving buyer queries directly.
