If the buyer has chosen Glopal's International Shipping (Parcel Forwarding) as the delivery option and the parcel for whatever reason has not been delivered, the returns process will be covered by Glopal.
In other cases (return of an unused item within the time specified in your T&Cs, wrong size, etc.) the buyer needs to return the parcel directly to you as per Terms and Conditions provided on your domestic site (which will be translated to the buyer's language on Glopal's international versions of your store).
If the delivery was unsuccessful, the parcel will be sent back to one of our shipping facilities located in your country and from there it will be sent back to you.
This process might take up to 45 business days.
