We do our best to ensure the parcels you send via our international shipping service (Parcel Forwarding) are delivered to your customers quickly and efficiently.
There are however some scenarios in which the parcel might not reach the buyer (e.g. wrong shipping address) or will not be collected (refused due to long delivery time or additional taxes and duties).
If the above is the case, Glopal will cover the return of the parcel.
Please be aware that it might take up to three months for the parcel to reach the return address (for a detailed breakdown of the return process please see the linked article) and tracking possibilities are very limited.
If the parcel in question has not been delivered back to you within three months from the date when the return process was initiated and confirmed by the shipping service provider, please reach out to your dedicated Account Manager (if you are a Pro plan subscriber) or one of our Customer Care Agents in order to initiate the full refund procedure.
