If the Parcel Status on the Glopal tracking page has been updated to "Exception", it means there is an issue with your shipment (ie it has been lost or damaged).
If you notice that the delivery status has been changed to "Exception", please contact our support for assistance.
Provide details on the parcel in question and we will reach out to our shipping provider.
