It's standard practice to send delivery notifications to buyers as part of the tracking service.
If you're using Glopal's International Shipping (Parcel Forwarding) however, you will be responsible for sending the parcel to our nearest hub, where it will be re-labelled and sent to the address provided by the buyer.
In this case, most often, your domestic shipping provider will treat the parcel as delivered and this is how your system will process it internally, triggering a message to the buyer stating, that the parcel has been delivered.
In order to not confuse the buyer, Glopal will intercept this message (only if Parcel Forwarding has been chosen as the international delivery option) and this part of the delivery process will be shown on our tracking page.
The buyer will be instructed on how to track the parcel in a separate email we will send them as soon as the transaction is processed (you will receive this email as well).
