Certain products are not shippable internationally with Glopal's International Shipping solution (Parcel Forwarding).
A full list of risky/prohibited items can be found here UK/US
You might ask yourself why Glopal can't ship certain products, which you may have shipped internationally yourself already without issues.
The reason behind this is that, to ensure competitive delivery prices, we are working with several different shipping providers, some of which, especially for less expensive options, are using passenger means of transport instead of dedicated ones (e.g. parcels travel in a cargo hold of a regular passenger airplane).
In this scenario, even the smallest doses of potentially dangerous/hazardous substances (e.g. essential oils), make the item prohibited from being boarded onto the plane and thus not shippable.
If you have a relationship with a shipping provider which allows you to ship all of your inventory (including what, according to our rules, would need to be excluded from being offered internationally) and are one of our Pro Plan subscribers - we are happy to disable our Parcel Forwarding on the international versions of the checkout so that you can fulfill the deliveries yourself.
If you wish to pursue this option, please learn how to set your own international shipping method on Glopal's international checkout in the linked article.
