Glopal's service is set up in a way, where orders made by your foreign buyers via international checkout are automatically pushed to your BigCommerce backend with all relevant information.
On a rare occasion however there might be a need for you to create an order manually.
Below you can find instructions on how to proceed if this highly unlikely scenario takes place.
NOTE: Please make sure to fill out the order details with information provided to you by one of Glopal's Agents.
Creating a Manual Order
Go to Orders › Add.
You will be taken to the Add an Order screen.
Creating a manual order consists of four phases:
- Customer Info - provide the buyer and billing details.
Please make sure to use the details provided by one of Glopal's Agents.
* Select Existing Customer or New Customer.
For a New Customer, please fill out to the following fields.
Specify a password if you want to create an account for them, or leave the password fields empty to check them out as a guest.
For an Existing Customer, select the buyer from a list which you will gain access to after entering their name, email address or company name in the Search window.
And lastly, select the Transactional Currency from the drop-down (in case you have multiple currencies set up for transactions).
- Add Items to the cart.
Click the Browse Categories button to find the products manually or use the Search field to search by product name or SKU.
If the product has options, a customize window will appear.
Options can be selected in the Options tab, while the price and quantity can be changed in the Basic Details tab.
Click Add Item to add the product to the cart when done.
Click Next when all items have been added to the cart in order to proceed to the shipping details.
- Shipping - provide the end destination details.
If Glopal's Parcel Forwarding has been chosen by the buyer, please make sure to fill this section out with your local shipping hub's details as specified by our Agent.
Choose from one of the following three options:
Billing Address Specified when shipping address is the same as the billing address.
New Single Address when the order is to be shipped to a different location.
New Multiple Addresses when the order is to be shipped to multiple locations.
- Finalize - choose the payment gateway and fill out payment details.
Review the billing, shipping, and cart details and apply discounts or coupon codes.
Click Save & Process Payment when done.
