After the changes to the EU VAT (Value Added Tax) policy which occurred on the 1st July 2021, it is now easier to register for the EU VAT. The ecommerce retailers exporting to the EU can register using IOSS or Import One Stop Shop.
As Glopal is considered as an electronic interface, it acts as a marketplace for the Glopal sellers and can register for IOSS on their behalf.
The sellers can then provide the Glopal IOSS number to their carriers for the Glopal orders where Glopal is deemed supplier.
This is only pertaining to the orders shipped with the seller's own carrier. The orders shipped through the Glopal International Shipping service don't require any additional action from the merchants.
