Because Glopal processes your payments using world-class PSP's, it is our commitment to protect you from fraud.
This is done on a few levels:
- we use a secure PSP with fraud alerts and monitoring
- the Glopal team monitors transactions going through the platform to see the fraud attempts
- as Glopal receives the funds after the transaction has been made, if a fraudulent transaction occurs and is followed by a chargeback, it's Glopal who bears the responsibility
