HS Code stands for Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System
It describes the type of commodity and determines in particular tax and duty rates to apply.
To know what is the hs code of a product, you need to refer to the Harmonized System (HS).
The Harmonized System is an international nomenclature for the classification of products. It allows participating countries to classify traded goods on a common basis for customs purposes.
At the international level, the Harmonized System (HS) for classifying goods is a six-digit code system.
If you don't have HS codes, we propose an "On The Fly Classification" solution.
To generate the HS codes for your products we will use:
- the product title
- the product description
- the Google taxonomy category from your Google Shopping feed.
