Product Feed in Google Ads is what Glopal will use as the data source for the international ones.
We will take the data from that domestic feed, translate it and convert the currencies.
The international feeds will be synchronized with the domestic feed and with the international sites. More information here.
Make sure to create them according to Google's instructions - product feed in Google Ads.
Your set up must comply with Google's Product Data Specification (described here). Not meeting these requirements can result in your product feed being rejected by Google.
It may happen that your international feeds would be rejected by Google even though your domestic feed is active. This would occur because the Google policies and the degree to which they are executed differ per market.
We found that most common reasons behind the international feeds being rejected are:
-
missing return policies
-
missing contact information (physical address, e-mail or phone number - at least two of the mentioned)
- Visible payment provider
-
subscriptions (products provided to the buyer on a regular basis based on a subscription, these can be manually removed from the international feeds by Glopal if we are informed about their availability on the domestic site)
