Since you use Glopal’s international marketing solution, all your orders are pushed to your Visualsoft backend system via an API.
Unfortunately, at the time of writing, your Glopal orders are not differentiated from your non-Glopal orders. Glopal and Visualsoft are working on addressing this.
However, for the Glopal orders which qualify for IOSS, you will see the information "use Glopal IOSS number" in the second line of the delivery address.
Important: Do NOT include Glopal’s IOSS number for orders that are not specifically marked as requiring the Glopal’s IOSS number.
Where can I find Glopal’s IOSS number?
Your Glopal Customer Success Manager will send you the IOSS number via email. If you can not find the number, please, contact your Glopal Customer Success Manager or Glopal’s support team.
Where to input Glopal’s IOSS number?
Depending on the shipping provider you use, instructions may vary. But you would have to input Glopal’s IOSS number into the customs declaration. Some carriers have a dedicated IOSS field, but some may prompt you to input it in the VAT, tax id, or similar fields.
