Simple answer: contact the store from which you purchased the goods
Glopal is an internationalization platform which helps buyers and sellers connect across the globe. As such, Glopal does not hold any stocks and is not the entity which sells you the final goods.
As a consequence, Glopal cannot be expected to decide on whether to refund you or not.
If for whatever reason, you would like to request a refund of your order, you should contact the merchant from whom the product has been purchased.
They can then decide whether you are eligible for a refund or not and trigger a refund from their Glopal Merchant Account.
