Yes, it can happen that the order will not be pushed through to your backend right away due to manual order checks for prohibited goods.
If a product is deemed prohibited (according to the list lists of non shippable products US/UK) during the manual check, the order will not be pushed to your backend.
Then one of our Customer Care Agents will reach out to you with details on the items ordered and the buyer's information which will allow you to create the order manually and fulfill it if you wish to proceed anyway.
If you decide to fulfill the order you will be required to ship the item/s to the buyer directly, Glopal's International Shipping does not cover such shipments and if the buyer chose it as the delivery option, the cost of it will be refunded.
If the order is multi item and only some have been deemed as prohibited from international shipping you can reach out to the buyer and check if they would like to receive the non-risky items.
If you decide to not fulfill the order, please issue a full refund to the buyer and let them know that they will not be receiving the items. If the buyer chose Glopal's International Order as the delivery option, the cost of it will be refunded as well.
To avoid or at the very least minimize such cases in the future, please check your inventory against the lists of non shippable products (US/UK) , consult our Customer Care in case of doubts or questions by creating a ticket via this webform and, if find something that needs to be blacklisted, provide us with SKUs of these products.
